We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your order. You can return your item for store credit, another product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please email wholesale@cardinmccoy.com or contact you account representative to begin the return/exchange process.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- If you are returning shoes, please place shoe box in a mailing box and use the provided return label. If we receive your return with the label taped directly on the shoe box your return will not be accepted.
